The breakfast is incredibly nice with the fruit, Thai options plus asian foods, there’s an option for each taste...

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The setting was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the mountains and a river right on the edge. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel is located right next to a lovely beach. The best part was that the hotel provided a free boat ride to and from the beach, which only took about 4 minutes and ran frequently throughout the day. We even got to enjoy a free boat trip in the evenings to see fireflies. The staff here were incredibly sweet and friendly, always willing to help us book excursions and taxis. We also loved the fact that the hotel had two pools and a villa plunge pool, giving us plenty of options to relax and chill out. The free kayaks were a fun way to explore the beach and river, and we were even able to participate in a Thai cooking course and enjoy spa facilities during our stay. we had an awesome experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

A reasonable base for exploring Koh Chang. We enjoyed aana resort & spa. Parking was on-site.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

Property was perfect, with genuinely helpful staff and magnificent location to the river & the sea. The service was very good with parking outside. Location: the hotel was near private beach 500 m away, restaurants and shops, and public transport. Everything was simply very good!

Picturesque views, well appointed rooms, lots of potential for relaxation and varied activities make this hotel an ideal place to get away from it all.The best elements of this hotel still stack up for another stay.
Non existent service and lack of management accountability almost ruined our latest visit. When this is combined with a hotel that was over sold with budget guests( company trip) and under served with staff it was a recipe for disaster.

The ambiance of the Aana is incredible! Its like living in a luxury tree house. All the suites are circular, well appointed and elevated 5 m above the forest floor. Completely uniqueand certainly one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent value using Booked.net- 1800 baht/night (the hotel gave me a free room upgrade too) easily a 3000 baht+ hotel!
Slightly more expensive restaurant facilities, and fees for internet wifi...

The location next to the river was absolutely stunning and provided a peaceful and tranquil setting. The beach was also nearby, making it convenient for us to relax and enjoy the sun and sand. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and ensuring that our needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area to enhance our comfort. We also appreciated the dining options available, with a restaurant and bar on-site offering delicious meals and drinks. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, allowing us to indulge in massages and rejuvenate ourselves. we were impressed with the quality services and enhanced comfort provided at this hotel.
We highly recommend this hotel to others.

Wonderful relaxing place to stay in a beautiful environment. Gorgeous beach close by. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely staff.
Only thing would be lack of storage space in the room.

I liked the location of the hotel, I.E. near the river and close to a quiet beach.
Service, unfriendly / unmotivated staff, poor (English) language skills and lack of trained staff, willing to host guests, no presence of the hotelmanagement, very basic breakfast, expensive WiFi etc etc. I will not go back and do not recommend this hotel at all.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
